The organizational factor is the most influential factors in the application of universal precaution, which measure the safety climate, work safety feedback, and universal precaution and the availability of PPE. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of organizational factor in the application of universal precaution in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang Hospital. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research using descriptive study. A total of 200 self-administered questionnaires were distributed and 190 questionnaires returned completely. 94% of respondents showed a good safety environment, 93% showed good work safety feedback, and 90.5% showed universal precaution training and availability of PPE facilities were good. The researcher suggests establishing the training and socializing SOP and policy related to universal precaution. Keywords : Universal Precaution, Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs).
