Survei Cepat Gambaran Karakteristik Kepala Keluarga Dalam Mengkonsumsi Obat "Kuat" Tradisional Khusus Pria Di Kelurahan Palebon Kecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang Bulan Agustus Tahun 2004 Description Of Head of The Family Characteristic In Consuming " Strong" Traditional Herbs For Men In Palebon Village, Pedurungan Subdistrict, Semarang City, In August 2004(Rapid Survey)

Abstract

Masalah seks dapat menyebabkan rumah tangga menjadi tidak harmonis. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah adanya gangguan seksual yang disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor fisik dan psikis, mereka yang mengalami masalah tersebut kemudian mengkonsumsi obat pembangkit gairah seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran karakteristik kepala keluarga (usia, penyakit, pengetahuan) dalam mengkonsumsi obat kuat traditsional khusus pria. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survei cepat dengan pendekatan studi Cross Sectionl. Dengan populasi sebnyak 2.819 Kepala keluarga. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara Probability Proportionate Two Size (PPS)dengan menggunakan program C-Survei, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 210 kepala keluarga. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik dengan melihat hasil Confident Interval (CI)95% dan Rate of Homogenity (ROH). Proporsi responden yang mengkonsumsi obat kuat tradisional khusus pria didapatkan pada usia > 40 Tahun (53,956%), Pendidikan dasar(54,762%), bekerja (51,579%), pendapatan kurang dari atau sama dengan Rp 440.000,- (55,556%), biasa mengkonsumsi obat kuat tradisional khusus pria(92,308%), responden yang percaya terhadap obat kuat tradisional khusus pria (50,00%), sakit (73,586%). Nilai CI 95% yaitu dengan interval lebar pada usia , pendidikan , pendapatan, kebiasaan , kepercayaan, penyakit, pengetahuan dan konsumsi dengan rata-rata nilai 17,555, sedangkan interval sempit adalah pekerjaan dan informasi dengan nilai rata-rata 6,321. Semua nilai ROH mendekati nol berarti responden penyebarannya merata diantara klaster,tetapi bervariasi atau tidak merata didalam klaster. Kesimpulannya adalah proporsi kepala kuarga yang mengkonsumsi obat kuat tradisional khusus pria sebesar 49,048%. Oleh karena itu Balai Besar POM perlu untuk melakukan pengawasaan yang lebih ketat terhadap produk obat kuat tradisional khusus pria yang beredar di masyarakat. Method used in the research was rapid survey with cross sectional study approach. The population was in the amount of 2.819 head of the family. Sample taking by Probability Proportionate Two Size (PPS)by using C-survey program, with the amount of sample was 210 head of the family. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive analytic by looking at the result of Confident Interval (CI)95% and Rate of Homogenity (ROH). Respondent proportion consuming "strong" traditional herbs for men was obtained in the age of > 40 years old (53,956%), basic education (54,762%),working (51,579%),income more and less Rp 440.000,- (55,556%), used to consumed "strong" traditional herbs for men (92,308%)respondents believing to the strong traditionsal herbs for men (51,007%)getting information about strong traditional herbs for men (55,285%). The value of CI 95% is wide interval in the age, education , income, habit, believe, disease, knowledge and consumtion with value average of 17,555%, meanwhile the narrow interval are occupation and information with value average of 6,321. All ROH value close to 0 means that spreading of respondent is avenly distributed among the cluster, However it does not vary or it is not evenly distributed in the cluster. The conclusion is the proportion head of the family consuming traditional strong herbs for men where in the amount of 49,048%. Therefore, Balai Besar POM should conduct stricter controls to the product of traditional strong herbs for men spread in the public.
