HUBUNGAN ANTARA KELEKATAN AMAN DENGAN IBU DAN REGULASI EMOSI SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 3 SALATIGA

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelekatan aman dengan ibu dan regulasi emosi siswa SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Regulasi emosi adalah kemampuan untuk tetap tenang di bawah tekanan. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 210 orang siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Sampel penelitian adalah 73 orang siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Skala Regulasi Emosi (23 aitem, α = 0,870) dan Skala Kelekatan Aman dengan Ibu (32 aitem, α = 0,922). Metode analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kelekatan aman dengan ibu dan regulasi emosi (rxy=0,325dengan p<0,001). Kelekatan aman dengan ibu memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,6% terhadap regulasi emosi. Kata kunci : kelekatan aman, regulasi emosi, remaja Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between secure attachment with mother and emotional regulation of grade X students of SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Emotional regulation is the ability to remain calm under preasure. The population of research is 210 students of grade X SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. The sample of this research is 73 students of grade X SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster random sampling. The measuring instrument used in this research is Emotional Regulation Scale (23 aitems, α = .870) and Secure Attachment Scale with mother (32 aitems, α = .922). Methods of data analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis. The results show that there is a relationship between secure attachment with mother and emotional regulation ( rxy = .325 with p<.001). Secure attachment with motherprovides an effective contribution of 10.6% in emotional regulation. Keywords: secure attachment, emotional regulation, adolescence
