Abstract
Prioritizing the delivery service company shipment can get to the customer in a timely manner and condition of the goods is not damaged. For that it takes human resource management and improvement in technology. This research aims to explain how the work environment, work discipline and motivation on performance of employees part deliveries PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Processing Center Semarang. In this research, the data were distributed to 70 employees, with techniques of sampling is census. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that working environment and motivation have positive and significant influence on employees performance and work discipline has a positive and not significantly influence on employees performance.
