Abstract

This research aims to describe how the management of the Village Fund Allocation (Alokasi Dana Desa) held at Desa Sumberrejo Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Jepara is in the process of planning, disbursement mechanism, implementation and the use of funds, monitoring, reporting and accountability is already in accordance with an existing regulation, the role of Village Fund allocation in rural development, and the factors that affect the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (Alokasi Dana Desa). This research uses qualitative descriptive methods, which aim to describe or give the illustraion of the object. The object of this research is the Head of the Village and the Village devices as a resource or informant. Data analysis methods that use are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this research show that the management of the Village Fund Allocation in Desa Sumberrejo is already quite good, although in the disbursement and accountability reporting any delay. Public participation in the management of ADD is quite good, so that the allocation of funds ADD targeted in the right one. The Village Allocation Funds also give a good influence on development in Desa Sumberrejo, where development is divided into two physical development and rural community development. Moreover, the factors that affect the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation, such as, human resources, community participation, cultural mutual assistance, the amount of Village Allocation Fund, as well as government policies.
