Abstract

The enactment of the autonomy of village made the village Government has greater authority in regulating and take care of the interests of the community and make a concerted effort to raise the degree of development of village communities, one of them through BUMDes. Peraturan Menteri Desa dan DAT No. 4 tahun 2015 explain in more detail about BUMDes so that village government more understanding and flexibility in carrying out projects to increase Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) and the welfare of the community. This research aims to determine the priority projects should be run by BUMDes using Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (F-ANP) approach. The case study used is BUMDes Kemudo Makmur by weighting the criteria, sub-criteria, dependence and alternatives. The data are primary data. The data are obtained from interviews keyperson of BUMDes Kemudo Makmur. The results showed that the priority projects which should preferably be implemented by BUMDes Kemudo Makmur are the pallet industry, river tourism, feed industry and transport services. In the alternative weighting, pallet industry is superior in technology, management, human resources, finance and legal sub-criteria, whereas kaliworo travel is superior in market demand, market competition, availability of raw materials, marketing, economic, social, and environmental sub-criteria.
