KEPEMILIKAN PEMERINTAH, KEPEMILIKAN ASING, JENIS INDUSTRI , INVESTASI LINGKUNGAN DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Memperoleh Peringkat PROPER Tahun 2009-2014)

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze the effect of ownership structure (foreign ownership, government ownership) and type of industry to environmental investment and analyze the effect of environmental investment to financial performance of the company. The population in this study was companies that acquired the PROPER rank in 2009 to 2014. The total sample used in this study were 129 companies which classified had done environmental investment. Data analysis was performed with statistical analysis descriptive, classic assumption test, multikolonieritas test, and hypothesis testing analysis with logistic ordinal regression test and simple linear regression test. The analysis results of this study indicate that the goverment ownership , foreign ownership , type industry positively effect on the environmental investment, and environmental investment positively effect on financial performance of the company.
