Abstract

ABSTRACT Arfiananda, Rizqi. 2016. “ Nilai Persahabatan dalam Manga Eyeshield 21”. Thesis, Departement of Japanese Studies Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. Advisor 1 Budi Mulyadi, S.Pd., M. Hum, Advisor 2 Dewi Saraswati Sakariah, S.S., M. Si. The problem statemets of this research are: 1. How are the structural elements in the manga Eyeshield 21?. 2. How do the friendship that happen in the manga Eyeshield 21 is seen from social psychology side? The purpose of this research are: 1. To explain the structural elements in the manga Eyeshield 21. 2. To explain the friendship value that happen in the manga Eyeshield 21. The data is obtained from manga Eyeshield 21 dialogue. There are 5 volume of data which is chosen from total 37 volume. The collecting data is done with the library method. The descriptive analytic method is used to described facts and followed by analysis. Data were analyzed by using compilation theory of Ahmadi, Dariyo, Daldiyono, and Nakane. The method of presenting the result of data analysis is done by describing the facts, followed by analysis, and explanation. According to Ahmadi’s theory, the results of research show that there are 5 friendship value in manga Eyeshield 21. That are understanding, trust, cooperation, loyalty and honesty. A bond of friendship can occure because of the strong social interaction between individuals with another individuals. Keyword: psychology, bonding, interaction, social, values, friendship, manga
