There are impacts ofcritical land condition, such as flood in rainy season and dryness in dry season resulting lack of water for human consumption, agriculture and so on. Efforts have been made by building hydraulic structures ( reservoir, weir etc), but gradually become full of sediment, resulting insufficient work and high maintenance cost. Moreover, wells in houses which is used for fresh water, and wells in paddy field or agriculture which is used as retention also suffers dryness which result in crop failure. The purpose of this article is to develop SeDrainPond modeling of land and water conservation for community basis, where community especially farmers participate well in implementation and maintenance. There are benefits in using SeDrainPond model suc-h as able to control sediment transport flowing to rivers, reservoir or other hydraulic structures, reduce flood rate, increase ground water recharge, contain water for agriculture, and to control fertility of paddy field or agriculture. The cost of making I unit of SedrainPond ( 1,5 x1,5)m, 2-3 meters depth, as fcr stimulus cost is relatively cheap that is Rp. 50.000 to Rp. 100.000; and maintenance is being done by farmers, and cost nothing for govemment. When SedrainPond model becomes funciional, besides containing water in rainy season, in dry season, the water can be used as sustain water for agriculture so that there is no more crop failure. When Pond becomes dry, farmers can harvest suspension sediment such as clay or soft materials, and can spread them to their land to keep its fertility
