Abstract

ABSTRACT Queue up is a system which consist of peoples, vehicles, etc, that all of them are waiting to get a certain service. And the other hand, queue up system is costumer service arrival, waiting time if late to be served, and leaving system after be served. Queue up is formed, when the number of customers over the available capacity. It can happen in queue up the customer of motors vehicle tax in SAMSAT unit office, Tegal. Queue up happens when the customers wait for turn to get motors vehicle tax service in SAMSAT unit office, it is registration service, drafting, research service, payment, and STNK collecting. To analyze the problem of customer tax vehicle queue up, it is analyzing service system in SAMSAT unit office Tegal using queue up theory, so can be known model and size of queue system work. Based on result of research queue up theory that be done to get the best queue up model is (M/G/1):(GD/∞/∞) for registration service, (M/G/1):(GD/∞/∞) for drafting service and (M/G/7):(GD/∞/∞) for research service, payment and STNK collecting
