Abstract

Fluency processes teaching and learning at university is determined by timetable. Therefore, it needs a good scheduling by optimal setting the time and space allocation in course for students, lecturers, lectures, and facilities. To solve timetabling problem required algorithms which can solve problem multi-criteria and multi-objective because there are several constraint that must be resolved in this matter as constraints on the students, lecturers, lectures and facilities. One algorithm that can be used in solving this problem is genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is one of the most precise algorithm used to solve complex optimization problems that are difficult solve by conventional methods.
