Gambaran Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Klinik pada Mahasiswa Praktik Klinik Keperawatan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang

Abstract

Nursing clinical learning method is a method that allows to educate clinical instructor selecting and applying appropriate manner with the purpose of educating and individual characteristics. Implementation of nursing clinical practice, students often have to study hard and be independent. This was because the students see some difference between theory and implementation practices acquired in the field. This study aims described the application of clinical learning method in clinical practice nursing students in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang which included conferences, bedsite teaching, assignment and nursing rounds. This research was a quantitative non experimental descriptive study design. The sampling technique used total sampling with 111 respondents. Collecting data used questionnaires. The results showed that the respondents have obtained the application of learning methods that support the learning of nursing, namely 55% at the conference, bedside teaching 56.8%, 57.7% assignment, and 60.4% of nursing rounds. This study is expected to be input for a hospital, academic, as well as the nursing profession to better implement clinical learning methods.
