Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Keluarga Dengan Perilaku Pencegahan Penularan Tuberkulosis Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Purwodadi

Abstract

Lung tuberculosis caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis, the disease which infects easily. The family supporting is the real form on action which given by the family so it can influence to the action of the prevention of lung tuberculosis infection done by the patients. The goal of this research is to know the relationship between family social supporting and the action of the prevention of lung tuberculosis infection in the area of Purwodadi Public Health Centre. This research is a quantitative non experimen research, the arrangement of cross sectional. The example of this research is a non probability sampling use the total sampling technic, the sample are 46 person. The result of this research shows that medium social support is 43,5%, low sosial support is 26,1%, and the high support is 30,4%. The action of the prevention to the infection enough is 43,5%, bad is 28,3%, and good is 28,3%. The result of the research uses the pattern of chi square got a score of p 0, 009, that is a score of p < 0,05 and there is a relationship between the family sosial supporting and the action of the prevention of lung tuberculosis infection. The patients are hoped to know the actions which can cause the infection of lung tuberculosis and get hold of recovery. The patients didn’t need frighten and ashamed to ask the help from their family. Key Words: Family Social Support, Prevention behaviors, Lung Tuberculosis
