Abstract

This research aimed to identify opportunities for the development of corporate strategy in achieving optimal profit sharing and coal inventory’s target by generating strategic planning models that focus on them. The respondents which are involved in this research are 7 persons which consist of top management, middle management, lower management and expert. The method of research is qualitative by interviews and focus group discussions. Interviews and focus group discussions is aimed to identify the current condition as opportunities and management expectations for development of strategy in achieving coal inventory’s target and business process’s compliance. The results of this research is strategic model to achieve optimal business process and coal inventory’s target .
