Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of equity in remuneration, organization cultur toward motivation and employee performance in KPU of Central Java. This study used data analysis method by using software smartPLS version2.0.m3 (Partial Least square). The sample used in this study of employees in KPU Provincial of Central Java was in total 50 respondents, the data collecting technique are by using questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and literature review. The results reveals that: 1) equity in remuneration significantly and negatively affect on the motivation, 2) the organization cultur significantly and positively affect on the motivation. 3) the motivation significantly and positively affect on the employee performance, 4) equity in remuneration not significantly and positively affects on the employee performance, 5) the organization cultur significantly and positively affect on the employee performance.
