Studi Fenomenologis : Gambaran Pengetahuan Alkoholik tentang Dampak Perilaku Seks Bebas pada Kesehatan Reproduksi Di Kota Semarang

Department of Nursing Faculty of Medicine Diponegoro University Desember 2016 ABSTRACT Luky Kristiana “ Study Phenomenologist : Description of Alcoholic’s Knowledge about Free Sex Impact againts the Reproductive Health in Semarang” Development of globalization era underwent significant changes, including life style, for example the phenomenon of alcoholic and free sex. Alcohol and free sex, two things that cover issues of reproductive health. Wrong knowledge, behaviours, and attitudes negatively affect to reproductive health. This study aimed to explore the alcoholic’s knowledge about free sex impact againts reproductive health. Design research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The sample purposively by snowball tehnique, amounting to 6 participants. Technique of data collection with in-depth interview. The results showed several themes, namely factors affecting to consumption alcohol, effects of consumption alcohol, effects do sex under alcohol affect, perceptions of free sex, knowledge of free sex impacts, knowledge of free sex impact againts reproductive health, efforts to overcome free sex impact againts reproductive health, motivation doing free sex. The conclusion is the knowledge of alcoholic about free sex impact againts reproductive health is quite enough, but it doesnt give a significant role to change free sex behaviour. Advice for alcoholics are able to control their behaviour under alcohol effect and do safe and responsible sex.
