Organizational Commitment is one of the keys important for organization or company for the course of an organization or companies should applied with a commitment . Commitment is a form of the individual for the and organizational goals so as to affect attitude employees to provide contributions to organization . For that organization must be able to seek organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is analyze the influence of organization culture, transformational leadership and compensation system to organizational commitment through Job satisfaction as variable mediation in PT. Kawasan Industri Candi in Semarang. Sample used in the were one hundred and fifty respondents .The method of analysis the data used was analysis Structural Equation Modelling ( SEM ) using program assistance AMOS. The results show that the compensation system having influence the supreme good directly or indirectly to organizational commitment. The direct effect compensation system to job satisfaction is of 0,445 and against organizational commitment is of 0,326. Of the results of the analysis SEM in total organization culture have had a positive impact of 0,252. Variable transformational leadership have had a positive impact of 0,288 and is the variable the greatest affect organizational commitment namely variable compensation system is 0,441. Job satisfaction have had a positive impact of 0,258 to organizational commitment.
