PENGARUH ALOKASI BELANJA MODAL, KEMISKINAN, DAN PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT SERTA EVALUASI KINERJA PEMERINTAHAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the capital expenditure, poverty, and Gross Domestik Regional Bruto toward social welfare of 35 districts/ cities in Central Java Province for five-year (2010-2014) and performance evaluation of Central Java Provincial Government in achieving its vision. The method used in this research is panel data approach Fixed effects model with dummy variabel, and analysis of data between the achievements of the targets and comparison with national and regional conditions, using secondary data types. The findings of this study indicate that the capital expenditure, poverty, and regional economic performance significant effect on social walfare districts/ cities in Central Java Province The Evaluation results concluded that, the capital expenditure Central Java Provincial Government and social welfare rose. However, Government of Central Java Province still Facing challenges that need attention to achieve its vision to improve the social welfare of the Central Java community
