PERBEDAAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA MENURUT STATUS KEIKUTSERTAAN IBU DALAM PROGRAM BINA KELUARGA REMAJA DI KELURAHAN SIWALAN, KECAMATAN GAYAMSARI. THE DIFFERENCES OF MOTHER'S KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE TO THE EDUCATION OF REPRODUCTION HEALTH BASED ON MOTHER'S PARTICIPATION STATUS ON BINA KELUARGA REMAJA (THE FOUNDING OF TEENAGER'S FAMILY) PROGRAM IN SIWALAN VILLAGE, GAYAMSARI SUBDISTRICT

Abstract

Keluarga dalam hal ini orang tua diharapkan mampu menyampaikan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan sekaligus memberikan bimbingan sikap dan praktik kepada para remaja. Karena itulah para orang tua harus diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang cukup agar mampu berinteraksi dengan remaja, seperti yang dilakukan dalam program BKR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja menurut status keikutsertaan ibu dalam program BKR di Kelurahan Siwalan, Kecamatan Gayamsari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dan explanatory research dengan metode penelitian survey dan pendekatan cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai anak remaja (usia 10 sampai 19 tahun) di Keluarahan Siwalan yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu ibu yang mengikuti program BKR dan ibu yang tidak mengikuti program BKR. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling acak sederhana. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif menggunkan tabel frekuensi dan analisis analitik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji T untuk melihat perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan a = 0,05. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengetahuan dan sikap ibu terhadap pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja pada ibu yang mengikuti program BKR lebih baik daripada ibu yang tidak mengikuti program BKR. Sedangkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada perbedaan secara bermakna pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi pada ibu yang mengikuti program BKR dan ibu yang tidak mengikuti program BKR. Disarankan perlu adanya pengembangan cakupan program BKR, perluasan sasaran program BKR dan peningkatan kualitas program BKR. Family, in this case is parents, is hoped can tell the information about the health of reproduction and also give guidence of attitude and practice to the teenagers. Because of that, the parents must be given the knowledge and enough skill. So, they can be intercated with the teenagers, as was done in BKR program. The research aim is to know the differences of mother's knowledge and attitude to the education of reproduction health based on mother's status on BKR program in Siwalan village Gayamsari subdistrict. The kind of research is analytic and explanatory research with survey methode and cross sectional approach. The population in this research is all the mother's who have teenagers (10 until 19 years old) in Siwalan village that devided into two groups. The one participated in BKR program and another one didn't participate in BKR program. Sample taking was done with used simple random sampling technique. The source of the data in this research are prime data and sekundary data. Data analysist include descriptive analysist used frequency tabel and analytic analysist that was done with used T test to see the difference of mother's knowledge and attitude with a=0,05. The result of descriptive analysist show that majority knowledge and attitude about the education of reproduction health to the teens on the mothers that participate on BKR program is better than that is not participate. While the statistics test result, show there are a significant difference about knowledge and attitude to the education of reproduction health on the mothers who participated on BKR program to the mothers who doesn't participate. The development of scope BKR program, expantion target of BKR program and increasing quality of BKR program are suggested.
