Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test the influences of employee hospitality, eco green interesting concept, location easily, facility comfortable and speed of service on customer satisfaction to impact positive of WoM interesting. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within customers Rumah Turi. Statement of this problem is how increase positive of WoM interesting?. The samples size of this research is 200 customers Rumah Turi. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that employee hospitality, eco green interesting concept, location easily, facility comfortable and speed of service on customer satisfaction to impact positive of WoM interesting. The effect of core service quality on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect employee hospitality on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect of eco green interesting concept on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect location easily on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect facility comfortable on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect speed of service on customer satisfaction are significant; The effect facility comfortable on positive of WoM interesting are significant; The effect speed of service on positive of WoM interesting are significant; and The effect customer satisfaction on positive of WoM interesting are significant.
