PERBANDINGAN PARAMETER FUNGSI PARU ATLET PUTRA CABANG OLAHRAGA TINJU DENGAN TAEKWONDO DI PUSAT PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PELAJAR JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

Background:Physical activity such as pattern exercise, a method of exercise, intensity exercise, and duration of the game affect the capacity vital pulmonary an athlete. One of the branches sports having a pattern of exercise and method exercise the heavy is a branch of fighter as branches the sport of boxing and taekwondo. Both sports has required function parameter high. Objective: Compare the pulmonary function parameters male athlete sports Boxing and Taekwondo in Central Java PPLP Methods: This research using design of cross-sectional .The sample is 10 boys aged 15-19 year on the branch of the sport of boxing and taekwondo .Data retrieval characteristic form of age , body height , weight , lingkar chest , and BMI. Vc value , fvc and fev1 and pef measured using a spirometer spirolab II .Using a test of statistical test kruskal- wallis Results: The mean value of VC male athlete sport Taekwondo and Boxing was 3.69 ± 0.36 and 3.84 ± 0.29 L L , the mean value of FVC male athlete sport Taekwondo and Boxing is 3.63 ± 0.42 L and 3 , 66 ± 0.33 L , mean FEV1 male athlete sport Taekwondo and Boxing is 3.38 ± 0.38 L and 3.39 ± 0.25 L , mean PEF value male athlete sport Taekwondo and Boxing is 6 , 9 ± 0.8 L / s and 7.48 ± 1.43 L / s . Conclusion: Parameters of lung function in male athlete sport of Taekwondo Boxing higher in Central Java PPLP but the difference was not statistically significant.
