Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of Reliance on Multiple Performance to measure manager performance whether it moderated with goal of specificity or goal of difficulty. Using questionnaire to functional managers in single manufacturing organization where lies in West Java, Indonesia. Questionnaires will be analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis. The use of Moderated Regression Analysis is because focus of this study is to know whether goal of specificity or goal of difficulty moderated Reliance on Multiple Perfomance Measure and manager performance. The result of study shows that goal of specificity moderated Reliance on Multiple Performance Measure and manager performance. More specific the goal more improve their perfomance. While goal of difficulty isn’t moderated Reliance on Multiple Performance and manager performance. Limitation of this study is that the sampel is only from single organizations.
