PENGARUH SOSIAL DEMOGRAFI, PENGETAHUAN KEUANGAN, DAN SIKAP KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERILAKU INVESTASI KEUANGAN INDIVIDU (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Swasta di Kabupaten Kudus)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test three control variables, namely: the influence of social demographic, financial knowledge, and financial attitudes towards individual investor behavior of the private sector employees in Kudus, Central Java. The sample was 100 private sector employees in Kudus. Collecting data using questionnaires. The sampling technique using a non-probability sampling purposive sampling approach kind of judgment sampling. Statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that the social demographic variables and financial attitudes significant positive effect on the individual investor behavior at the tolerance level of 5%, while the financial knowledge significant positive effect on the individual investor behavior at the level of tolerance of 10%.
