Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, physical work environment, and job stress toward performance of employee in Padangsari health center. Data were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 36 employees of the health center Padangsari. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 23. A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by product moment, reliability test with cronbach alpha. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis The result of this research shows that there is significant positive influence between organizational culture and physical work environment on employee performance in health center Padangsari Semarang. Then there is a significant negative influence of job stress on employee performance in healt center Padangsari Semarang. Meanwhile health center Padangsari Semarang employees performance influenced by organizational culture, physical work environment, and job stress takes around 70,4% and the rest 29,6% are determined by other factors and variables which are not the main concern of this research
