PERBANDINGAN NILAI FLEKSIBILITAS TUBUH IBU POST PARTUM YANG MELAKUKAN DAN TIDAK MELAKUKAN SENAM PILATES

Abstract

Background : For looking the answer of flexibility value of the body is one way to know the grade of flexibility a women, which can affect of the space motion. Women with postpartum will got some changes like a muscular relaxation and grow the weight which can affect of the space motion. Pilates gymnastic is a most popular gym in Indonesia because the stretching that trains body flexibility. Purpose : To know comparison the value flexibility women’s body post partum that doing and do not gymnast pilates. Method : The type of the research is cross sectional. Sample the research is group pilates and non pilates(n=15 every group) which measured flexibility with Sit and Reach Test. Test of hipotesa wearing test T – not couple. Result : The mean of value flexibilty gymnast pilates group is 39,47±5,18 with the lowlest value 31,5 cm and the highest value 46,5 cm. The mean of value flexibility non pilates group was 32,5±3,5 with the lowlest value 26 cm and the highest value 38 cm. The mean of value flexibility gymnast pilates group bigger non pilates group. Conclusion : The mean of value flexibility women’s body post partum that always doing pilates is higher than the mean of value flexibility women’s body post partum who not do gymnast pilates.
