Abstract

The target growth of credit productive of Bank Jateng is reached composition of earning credits by 60% and consumption by 40% by 2018. But in reality, until 2015, the composition of consumer credit is still far higher than the productive credit. That is, the number of productive loans disbursed by the Bank Jateng is still not meet the target. Things are becoming increasingly interesting in view of previous research studies that have been done in this study indicates that factors that can affect the amount of productive credit is not conclusive. Based on the findings of the empirical and theoretical (previous research), the research problem raised in this study is "How to increase the number of productive credit at Bank Jateng". Efforts to address issues formulated done through four research variables include internal conditions, external conditions, the condition of the debtor, and strategies allegedly lending may affect the amount of productive credit. Necessary data obtained through interviews with 125 Branch and Branch Manager of the Bank of Bank Jateng are then analyzed using analytical techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Statistical analysis showed that the internal conditions, external conditions, and conditions of the debtor is statistically proven significant positive effect on the provision of credit strategy. While the number of productive credit achievement is affected by internal conditions and the condition of the debtor.
