Based on Rank Spearman test gained P=0,627, it show that no correlation between workload and 2nd moment practice. Based on Pearson test gained P=0,014, it show that the correlation between workload and 3rd moment practice, with negative correlation direction, so heavier the workload, 3rd moment practice would be less, P=0,784, it show that no correlation between workload and 4th moment practice and P=0,551, it show that no correlation between workloadand 5th moment practice. It is suggested for the hospital to increase the evaluational socialization regularly to control the practice of nurses hand hygiene.
