ANTESEDEN PENGUNGKAPAN SUKARELA HUMAN CAPITAL DAN KONSEKUENSINYA TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinant of voluntary disclosure of human capital and to analyze the influence of voluntary disclosure of human capital on the share price. This population of this research are all manufactur company and transportation company during 2012-2014 that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used 75 companies which appropriate of this research. The first equation, there are 13 outliers and obtained 62 companies being sampled. The second equation, there are 23 outliers and obtained 52 companies being sampled. Data analysis used descriptive statistic, classical asumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. This result of this study showed that the number of employee and the average of salary employee influences on the voluntary human capital disclosure. Meanwhile, the average age employee had no effect to the voluntary human capital disclosure and the voluntary human capital disclosure had no effect to the share price.
