STRATEGI PEMBENTUKAN KOPERASI PERTANIAN SYARIAH UNTUK PEMBIAYAAN PERTANIAN HORTIKULTURA (Studi Kasus Kabupaten Semarang)

Abstract

Agricultural sharia cooperative is a potential tool in supporting agriculture featured in the district of Semarang. The potential of the agricultural sharia cooperative lies in the population where Islam as the majority religion and works in agricultural sector in the district of Semarang, however agricultural sharia cooperative is still less developed compared to banking institutions in favor of agriculture in the district of Semarang. This research aims to analyze the formation of agricultural sharia cooperative in the district of Semarang. This research uses Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. Analysis of the formation of agricultural sharia cooperative includes aspects of management, human resources, socialization and regulation. The result of the analysis using the ANP method shows that out of four aspects of the strategy for the formation of agricultural sharia cooperative in the district of Semarang produce management aspects as the main priority and the appropriate formation strategy to be applied is improving the management of the cooperative. Good management will support the fluency of the formation of agriculture sharia cooperative in the district of Semarang.
