Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test the influences of transformational leadership and motivation to employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The samples size of this research is 140 employee of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP VII. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the results show that the transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction are influence employee performance. The effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is significant; the effect of motivation on job satisfaction is significant; the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance is significant; the effect of motivation on employee performance is significant; the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant.
