Abstract
Wildlife Recreation Park Serulingmas has a lot of potential in the development of tourism in Banjarnegara district, tourism is one of the flagship attraction Banjarnegara district because of its strategic location and easy for the visit of tourists. These attractions are less than optimal management, among many facilities and infrastructure which has now been broken like a game that has now rotten and rusty. Then the animal enclosures were damaged and not repaired because of limited funds (budget) of the Local Government. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management system Serulingmas Wildlife Recreation Park which has been applied by the manager during this time and analyzing development strategies should be prioritized by the Park Areas Serulingmas to increase the number of visitors. The sample used in this study as many as 100 people Wildlife Park Serulingmas using accidental sampling technique. The data used are primary data by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the AHP. Based on the average results of the study, key person felt Wildlife Recreation Park management system Serulingmas pretty good. On average the respondents considered that the promotional aspect, the aspect of infrastructure and management aspects on Wildlife Recreation Park Serulingmas today is pretty good. The promotional aspect is an aspect that gets the highest score or the best aspects in the management of Wildlife Recreation Park Serulingmas. Alternative improve existing infrastructure is the best alternative strategy chosen for the development of Wildlife Recreation Park Serulingmas in Banjarnegara.
