Abstract

Caring behavior affects the quality of care and patient satisfaction in hospitals. Where quality of service determines the image of the service institution that will be able to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care. Patient satisfaction survey was indicated a lack of nurses caring behavior in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Hospital. This study aims to analyze the perception of factors related to the organization behavior of nurse caring relationship. This study uses a study design descriptions correlation with crossectional approach. Was used 100 nurses working in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen, January 2016. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate with Pearson product moment and multivariate linear regression. Univariate analysis of nurse's perception of a good organization structure as much as 50%, 49% Design work is good, 47% good leadership, remuneration 43% good, and had a good caring behavior as much as 54%. Bivariate analysis showed that age (0.015), gender (0,029), education (0,046), Marital Status (0,021), and the Work Period (0,011) related to nurses caring behavior. Product moment correlation test results of the organizational structure, job design, leadership, remuneration which has a p – value 0.000 then has a relationship with a caring behavior. Multivariate analysis showed F value of 18.282 with a significance value of 0.001 it means that there is relationship between the perception of factors related to the organization behavior of nurse caring. While the most dominant factor with caring behavior is the perception of leadership. There was a relationship between perceptions of organizational factors with nurses caring behavior in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. The most dominant factor related to nurses caring behavior was the perception leadership.
