Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of leader behavior, compentation justice and work stress on employee satisfaction and intention to quit. The study was conducted at community of Tembalang culinary (Komunitas Tembalang Kuliner), with 184 employees as a respondes who work in 32 culinary places. All data is processed using Structural Equation Models (SEM) which assited by application program of Analysis of Moment Stucture (AMOS) 21.0 version. According to the analysis, ti is concluded as the followings : leader behavior has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; compentation justice has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; Work Stress has a negative effect on employee satisfaction; leadership behavior has a negative effect on intention to quit; compentation justice has a negative effect on intention to quit; Work Stress has a positive effect on intention to quit; and employee satisfaction has a negative effect on intention to quit.
