Self Efficacy and Emotional Intelligence As Variable Mediating Effects of Conscientiousness Between Individual Performance Studies in PT Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and emotional intelligence leadership of self-efficacy in improving the performance of karyawan.Sampel this study are employees of Bank Sahabat Purba Danarta Semarang , a number of 178 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) was run by AMOS software was used to analyze the data , analysis showed that the personality and emotional intelligence -led positive effect on self-efficacy in improving the performance of the empirical karyawan.Temuan indicate that emotional intelligence has positive influence on the performance , efficacy themselves can serve as mediators of the relationship between personality consenciousness performance , positive influence on the performance, efficacy can serve as a mediator relationship between emotional intelligence and performance, emotional intelligence can function as a mediator of the relationship antarab consenciousness personality with performance
