Abstract
This study takes an object at Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital Semarang. The reason for choosing the object of research due to the phenomenon of an increase in complaints, especially in the month of February 2011 - February 2012 relating to complaints on the performance of non-medical employees who are less good and less than the maximum. Of these problems, this study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital Semarang. The research sample that meets the above criteria of 113 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique that sampling based on specified criteria or considerations that respondents used in this study is a non-medical personnel who are already working in Hospital Nursing Wilasa Citarum Semarang at least 5 years, at least 20 years old and a permanent hospital personnel. The results showed that the organizational culture and work motivation can be a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction and employee performance in Hospital Wilasa Citarum Semarang. From these two factors, it turns Organizational Culture gives greater influence on employee job satisfaction compared to Work Motivation. In addition, this study also proves the existence of a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. In other words, the employee's performance can be increased if an increase in organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction of employees can be fulfilled. Of the three factors of job satisfaction is apparently the greatest impact on employee performance, followed by organizational culture and work motivation.
