Abstract

Penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan kepemimpinan yang mampu memunculkan rasa bangga dan kepercayaan bawahan, menginspirasi dan memotivasi bawahan, merangsang kreativitas dan inovasi bawahan, memperlakukan setiap bawahan secara individual serta selalu melatih dan memberi pengarahan kepada bawahan melalui karakteristik idealized influence,inspirational motivation, intelectual stimulation, individual consideration. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruang. Penelitian dilakukan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang terhadap 16 perawat sebagai kepala ruang dan 39 perawat pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra eksperimen (pre-experimental designs) dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttes design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan bermakna pada penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional sesudah mendapatkan pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional (p value : 0.000). Kesimpulannya, pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala ruang diRumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership training toward implementation of head room transformational leadership. The study was involve 16 nurses as head room in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang and 39 nurses. The study was conducted using a designed a pre-experimental (pre-experimental designs) with form one group pretest-posttest design. Results of the study showed a significant increase in the implementation of transformational leadership after getting transformational leadership training (p value: 0.000). In conclusion transformational leadership training bring affect in the implementation of head room transformational leadership in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang
