This study aimed to describe the meaning of the Kawaru Verb and Henka Suru included in intransitive verbs, and verbs Kaeru and Henkou Suru included in transitive verbs. Those similarities and differences are between the verbs. Furthermore, it also tries to determine whether it can be mutually substituted each other or not. Kawaru and Henka suru have similar meanings, it shows a meaning of condition or amount that is close to the whole amount or ‘most of and can be used in denial sentence. The similar meaning between Kawaru and Henka suru can be mutually substituted, but there are some differences between two meanings of the verb. So it cannot substitute each other. Furthermore Kaeru and Henkou Suru also have similar meanings to show the changes made by the doer is to change or update something.
