Abstract

Dynamic Process is something that occurs in a system, with the process variable that rapidly changing with changing of manipulated variable (opening control valve), some are slow to change. Raw material used in the test tool of Dynamic Process is liquid fluid (water). Test tool use the second order non interacting with the valve 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16. From the variable which is used, can be obtained a result the change of height fluid level are different from the set point 5 centimeter’s and the duration it takes to reach new steady state condition that is to valve 1/4 required a long time and change of height fluid level is bigger than valve 1/8 and 1/16. Response were obtained from test tool included in the stable response overdamped. The factor that affect this test tool of Dynamic Process is fluid pressure setting, valve setting and accuracy in reading the scale of fluid level.
