Abstract
Process control is a combination of work tools automatic control. Many parameters have to be controlled in a process. Among them is the pressure (pressure), flow (flow), temperature (temperature), especially in the field of chemical engineering. On the order of two interacting process-level capacities in both the tank height will affect the flow coming out of the tank. From the graph the results of the experiment shows that the water level will reach a new equilibrium despite the flow of input changed suddenly. In the experiment with the valve 25% water level reaches steady state (5 cm) new with a height of 11.7 cm and 11.5 cm A tank on the tank B in 25 minutes, while the valve openings 12.5% water achieve steady state (8.5 cm) new with a height of 16 cm in the tank A and 15.8 cm in the tank B within 30 minutes and to the valve of 6.25% water level reaches steady state (6.1 cm ) new with a height of 9.1 cm in the tank A and 9.0 cm in the tank and takes 20 minutes. Factors affecting this process dynamics testing tool is fluid pressure setting, the valve settings and accuracy in reading the scale height of the fluid level.
