Abstract
Kurkuminoid are compounds containes in ginger plant with the main content of the yellow-orange kurkumin. The stages of this lab is collecting samples of ginger rhizome, manufacture standard curve of curcumin mother liquor so obtained equation y = ax + b, ginger sample preparation and testing the levels of curcumin in turmeric search using a spectrophotometer Genesys vivible 20. From the results of lab work that has been done on the variable differences obtained solvent levels of 1.67%; 1.68%; 1.69%; 1.70% and 1.72%, while the difference in temperature variables obtained 1.92%; 1.79%; 1.74%, 1.71% and 1.67%.
