Abstract
Measurement of the flow rate of the fluid is very important variable in the process industry. It is required to determine the amount of the fluid used in the process (flows outin of the process). One way to measure the flow rate of the fluid is to use the system dynamics of the process. System operations performed in the measurement of fluid flow rate changes by means of the dynamics of the process is the order of the self regulation. Meaning that the system of rank one and can control himself even without the automatic instrument. The testing is done by using the valve (interference) of ¼ (25%), 1/8 (12,5%) and 1/16 (6,25%). Changes in fluida flow rate from a steady state condition initially observed within a certain time, and the observation height level once every one minute. The resulting response is a response of stable type overdumped (slow response). Key words: measurement, fluid, dynamics of the process, first order, self regulation, overdumped
