Abstract
Spektrofotometer is one method of instrumental analysis using the basic interaction of energy and matter. Spectro can be used to determine the concentration of a solution through the intensity of absorption at the wavelength of the wave tertentu.Panjang used is panajang maximum wave that gives maximum absorbance. One of the working principles of spectrophotometry is based on the phenomenon of light absorption by specific chemical spese area ultra violet and visible light The raw materials used in the analysis of Fe content using a visible spectrophotometer is well water DIII techniques, and supporting materials such as FeCl3, KCSN 10-3 M 70 ml, 70 ml 4N HNO3 and aquadesh Analysis of Fe content in well water is done by making the sample solution with well water 50 ml were added KSCN and HNO3 each 10 ml in a flask and add distilled water. As well as making a standard solution of Fe 4,8,12 and 16 ppm HNO3 were added KSCN and 10 ml respectively. Absorbance values for a standard solution of 4,8,12 and 16 ppm Fe is 0433; 0776; 1,165 and 1,634. For the absorbance of the sample solution obtained 0127; 0125 and 0128. Line equation obtained is y = 0.0998 x +0004 to obtain the concentration of the sample is equal to 1,288 ppm
