Abstract

Indonesia embrace a decentralized system since 2001. The decentralization policy applied are expected to boost local economic growth. Economic growth in the District / City of Central Java Province showed fluctuated trend. The goals of this study was to analyze the effect of local revenue, capital expenditure, the balance funds, and labor to economic growth in the 35 District / City of Central Java. This study uses a Classical Growth Theory, Neo-Classical Growth Theory, and Harrod-Domar Theory. The methods used in this research is panel data with fixed effects model approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Institution of Central Java Province. The Results shows that variables local revenue and labor positive and significant effect on economic growth, while variable capital expenditure and funds balance does not have a significant effect on economic growth.
