ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BISNIS, HUBUNGAN DENGAN BANK, DAN ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM (Studi Kasus Pada UMKM Sektor Perikanan di Kota Ternate)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of business environmental, in relationship with bank, and entrepreneurship orientation on UMKM performance. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within UMKM in Ternate Islands. The sample size of this research are 126 owner UMKM in Ternate Islands. Using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The result show that the business environmental, in relationship with bank, and entrepreneurship orientation to increase UMKM Performance. This empirical result indicated that in order to raise the standards of an UMKM performance in Ternate Islands, UMKM management need to pay attention to factors such as business environmental, in relationship with bank, and entrepreneurship orientation, because leverage UMKM performance depend on it. Theoritical implications and suggestions for future research have been elaborated at the end of this study.
