ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, BUDAYA AKADEMIK DAN KOMPETENSI DOSEN TERHADAP KINERJA JURUSAN/PROGRAM STUDI DI UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of information technology, academic culture, and lecturers' competency on the performance of departments. The sample of this research is fifty five Head of Departments at Diponegoro University. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses simple regression by using SPSS software. The result shows double linear regression with value r= 0,413, value F=2,55. Thus, model is stated reasonable.The data hypothesis indicates that the usage of information technology does not have a significant impact on the performance of departments, whereas academic culture, lectures' competency have a significant effect on the performance of the program.
