Abstract

Bandungan is a district located in the district of Semarang. Is a mountainous tourist area whose position on the slopes of Mount Ungaran. The view from this area is very beautiful because there are many fruit and vegetable plantations belonging to local residents combined with great view as the background. This Potential beautiful nature would be very interesting if combined with natural production as ingredients in the manufacture of a resort hotel facilities. Indonesia has the raw material production builders, ranging from wood with all that stuff, until the bamboo with a different kind. One of the alternatives that can be used as a natural constituent of the building is a bamboo tree. Bamboo is a plant that can grow well in a wide range of natural conditions, especially in Indonesia. Maintenance is not too tough and sturdy enough if prepared correctly as material for building. Another plus is the availability of enough in some areas in Central Java and Yogyakarta. A mix of potential view in Bandungan with bamboo production is expected to be able to make a resort hotel that is more memorable than the natural jasmine-class hotels that already exist in the region Bandungan more separate impression of the natural surroundings. According to the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Province of Central Java occurred growth in the number of domestic travelers in Semarang district, estimated at 37 percent. In 2011 the number of domestic tourists who visited Semarang District as much as 882 894 tourists while in 2012 to 1,213,001 tourists. According to records, there are 43 attractions in Bandungan fruit, but only a few are really fit to be promoted to tourists. Supposedly tourist places has facilities capable of supporting the existence of the tourist attractions themselves.
