Abstract

PLTU batubara merupakan suatu pembangkit listrik dengan bahan bakar utama batubara dimana dalam pengoperasiannya memerlukan supply udara untuk proses pembakaran. Salah satu supply udara pada PLTU batubara adalah supply udara primer oleh primary air fan. Udara primer yang di supply oleh primary air fan digunakan untuk transport batubara dari pulverizer menuju ke furnace. Pada tugas akhir kali ini akan dilakukan analisa efisiensi primary air fan A unit #10 PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU Rembang pada beban 300 MW.Perhitungan efisiensi dengan metode in-out ini dilakukan pada rentang tanggal 24 Maret 2015 sampai tanggal 12April 2015.Dari hasil perhitungan, terjadi fluktuasi efisiensi primary air fan yang tidak signifikan yang diakibatkan oleh adanya variasi temperatur udara luar dan kelembaban udara. Kata kunci : PLTU batubara, supply udara primer, primary air fan, efisiensi,metode in-out Coal Fired Power Plant is a Power Plant with prime fuel’s coal which in operating need to air supply for burning process. One of air supply at Coal Fired Power Plant is primary air supply by primary air fan. Primary air which is supply by primary air fan used to transport fuel from pulverizer into furnace. In this finally project will analyzed about primary air fan A Unit #10 PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU Rembang efficiency in load 300 MW. Efficiency calculation by in out methode did at march 24 th 2015 until April 12 th 2015. From calculation result, occuring fluctuated primary air fan efficiency not significant because there are variation air outside temperature and air moisture.
