Abstract

Universitas Diponegoro Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Studi Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat Konsentrasi Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak 2015 ABSTRAK Dea Amarilisa Adespin Analisis Kinerja Mahasiswa Program D III Kebidanan dalam Pendampingan Ibu Hamil Risti di Kota Semarang Tahun 2015 xviii + 128 halaman + 31 tabel + 3 gambar + 11 lampiran Salah satu upaya menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di kota Semarang adalah Dinas Kesehatan Kota (DKK) Semarang sejak Oktober 2013 bekerja sama dengan institusi penyelenggara program DIII Kebidanan untuk melakukan pendampingan ibu hamil risti oleh mahasiswa. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan pelaksanaan pendampingan belum berjalan secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja mahasiswa program DIII Kebidanan dalam pendampingan ibu hamil risti. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja, sedangkan variabel bebas meliputi pengetahuan, asal institusi, lokasi bertugas, reward, supervisi, sarana prasarana, sikap dan motivasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan uji Rank spearman, Chi square dan Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki kategori baik dalam hal pengetahuan (50,4%), persepsi terhadap reward (60,9%), supervisi (59,1%), sarana prasarana (58,3%), sikap (66,1%), motivasi (89,6%) dan kinerja (53,9%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan pengetahuan (p=0,001), reward (p=0,001), supervisi (p=0,001), sarana prasarana (p=0,002), sikap (p=0,001) dan motivasi (p=0,001) berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja. Sedangkan asal institusi (p=0,741) dan lokasi bertugas (p=0,933) tidak berhubungan. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara supervisi, sarana prasarana, dan sikap terhadap kinerja mahasiswa. Saran kepada institusi pendidikan dan dinas kesehatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa, sarana prasarana, reward, supervisi, sikap dan motivasi mahasiswa agar kinerja dalam pendampingan meningkat. Based on the results of a preliminary study, the accompanying activities had not been effectively conducted. The aim of this study was to analyse performance and factors relating to performance of D III midwifery students in accompanying high-risk pregnant women. Performance was as a dependent variable whereas factors of knowledge, the origin of the institution, duty location, reward, supervision, means, attitude, and motivation were as independent variables. This was a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach. Number of samples were 115 respondents. Data were collected through interview using a structured questionnaire. Furthermore, data were analysed using tests of Spearman’s Rank, Chi-Square, and Multiple Logistic Regression. The results of this research showed that more than half of the respondents had a good category for variables of knowledge (50.4%), perception of reward (60.9%), supervision (59.1%), means (58.3%), attitude (66.1%), motivation (89.6%), and performance (53.9%). The results of bivariate analyses demonstrated that variables of knowledge (p=0.001), reward (p=0.001), supervision (p=0.001), means (p=0.002), attitude (p=0.001), and motivation (p=0.001) statistically significantly related to performance. On the other hand, variables of the origin of the institution (p=0.741) and duty location (p=0.933) were insignificant. Furthermore, the multivariate analysis showed that variables of supervision, means, and attitude jointly influenced the students’ performance. Education institutions and health office need to improve students’ knowledge, means, reward, supervision, students’ attitude, and students’ motivation in order to improve their performance.
