Abstract

PLTU 3 Jawa Timur Tanjung Awar – Awar Tuban adalah sebuah pembangkit listrik tenaga uap yang menggunakan bahan bakar batubara berkalori rendah dengan daya terpasang sebesar 2 x 350 MW. PLTU 3 Jawa Timur Tanjung Awar – Awar Tuban ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen utama dan komponen pendukung. Salah satu komponen pendukungnya adalah Motor Demineralized Water Pump A. Penggunaan motor listrik di dunia industri, khususnya di pusat pembangkit tidak terlepas dari permasalahan yang muncul sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian. Ketika motor listrik dideteksi terdapat misalignment dan tanpa adanya perbaikan, maka hal ini akan menimbulkan kerugian. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir saya ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pola spektrum vibrasi dan data kondisi yang terjadi pada Motor Demineralized Water Pump A di PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar Unit 1. Analisa getaran dapat mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang muncul sebelum terjadi kerusakan yang serius dengan melakukan pemantauan secara terus menerus maupun terjadwal. Metode analisa menggunakan pola spektrum dan pengambilan nilai overall vibrasi yang dilakukan pada Motor Outboard Horizontal (MOH), Motor Outboard Vertikal (MOV), Motor Inboard Horizontal (MIH), Motor Inboard Vertikal (MIV), Motor Inboard Aksial (MIA). Motor Demineralized Water Pump A pada PLTU Tanjung Awar – Awar Tuban mengalami high vibration pada MOH 5,81 mm/sec; MOV 1,21 mm/sec; MIH 6,94 mm/sec; MIV 6,47 mm/sec; MIA 4,50 mm/sec, mesin dalam kondisi short term operation allowable dimana nilai overall vibrasi motor diantara nilai 4,5 – 7,1 mm/sec yang sebagian besar pada pengambilan titik tersebut telah melewati batas nilai alarm nya dan setelah dilakukan analisa pola spektrum mesin diindikasikan misalignment. Kata Kunci : Getaran, Misalignment PLTU 3 Jawa Timur Tanjung Awar – Awar Tuban is a thermal power plant that uses low-calorie coal fuel, with an installed power 2x350 MW. PLTU 3 Jawa Timur Tanjung Awar – Awar Tuban is comprised of various major components and supporting components. One of supporting components is Motor Demineralized Water Pump A. The use of electric motors in the industrial world, especially in the plant can not be separated from the problems that arise that can cause harm. When misalignment in electric motor detected this will result in losses when there is no maintenance. The purpose of my writing this final project is to obtain vibration spectrum patterns and data conditions that occur in Motorcycle Demineralized Water Pump A in Tanjung Awar-Awar plant Unit 1. Analysis of the vibrations can identify emerging problems before serious damage occurs by monitoring continuously continuous or scheduled. Method of analysis using the vibration spectrum pattern and overall vibration values measured on Outboard Motor Horizontal (MOH), Outboard Motor Vertical (MOV), Motor Inboard Horizontal (MIH), Motor Inboard Vertical (MIV), Motor Inboard Axial (MIA). Motor Demineralized Water Pump A at PLTU Tanjung Awar Awar high vibration occured on MOH 5.81 mm / sec; MOV 1.21 mm / sec; MIH 6.94 mm / sec; MIV 6.47 mm / sec; MIA 4.50 mm / sec, the motor is at short-term operation allowable conditionwhere motor overall vibration values from 4.5 to 7.1 mm / sec where some point has passed its limit alarm value and after analysis pattern spectrum analysis machine misalignment indicated.
