Abstract
A system for detecting colors of visible lights has been designed and made into realization using AT89S51 microcontroller. This tool can be used for detecting or choosing a thing that have different color. The system consists of hardware and software. The hadrware consists of AT89S51 microcontroller, comparators, and LCD. The microcontroller in this study is made by using an assembly language. The system work when the sensor receives a color, after which the microcontroller will send the detected data to the LCD. This system has been made into realization and is able to display the same colors that will be displayed in the LCD. The colors are green, red, orange, and yellow.
